Long story short: I would not recommend this business.
Beware! Signed contract with him whereby had to follow code. He did not. Inspector came and failed his work but he still agressively demanded that i pay the balance owed even though the work was far from finished. At first comes on as a nice guy but the bad side comes out later. He has a temper which he loses. Very very agressive when needing payment. I would sue him if not for technical reasons.
