Midlands Neurology and Pain Assoc. are not the same as they were 20 yrs ago. They all talk broken English and its hard to converse with them. Evidently the government has them scared to death over issuing pain meds cause they don’T want to listen to their patience and help them their more worried about their license than the patience well-being. I saw him2 weeks ago and still can't get my meds cause they won’t send them to my regular pharmacy. OUTRAGIOUS!! Going thru withdrawals and they don’t care!! Pitiful!!!
This was the worst specialist I have been to. I was there for 2 hours for a new appointment and spent most of the time by myself in a little room. They forgot to send RX to my pharmacy and forgot to refer me for an MRI. The second appt. I came at 8 and only saw the Dr. at 9:30 after I made a big fuss. They dont care about their patients
3 and a half hours today. Wonder why it takes so long?? I've talked to Dr O several times about it. (over 10 years) Wonder who I need to speak to about maybe getting these wait times down? Looks like someone would care about the patients enough to get it fixed. I must be the only person that has said anything.
I had gotten a referral from my PCP to see a doctor at Midlands Neurology and Pain after numerous surgeries. 3 weeks after the referral was sent, I contacted Midlands to find out about my referral. The girls I talked to sounded like a call center from the Philippines whose englsh was so broken I could not understand. 1 week later after still not hearing anything, I called again and got to talk to a Brittany Jones. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever to visit. The lady who draws blood needs to go back to school, she did not have the proper needles for withdrawing from small veined patients. She stuck me four times and still couldn't get. Another nurse drew the blood from my foot. After all that, Quest would not accept that because the blood was in the wrong tubes, she had to order the right tubes. She did not use hand sanitizer prior to drawing my blood and kept dropping things for drawing the blood on the floor. Still n... read more
