Dr. Kulis has been treating me for a couple of years. I have had some improvement, but I feel that her treatment is lacking in two areas in particular. One, she has never given me an over all view of her treatment plan. I don't know where we are headed on this journey. I see her twice monthly and there is no end goal in sight. Two, my insurance requests that I fill my prescriptions by mail through an online pharmacy. Dr. Kulis's office is unable to do this. Join the 21st century, Doc.
