Both Dr. Nogid and Dr Elana were amazing! Their work is exquisite and their techniques are unlike what I have ever seen before. Their prices are amazingly affordable compared to others. Their staff is so kind and sweet and helpful!
Receptionist and office staff are horrible. My daughter had work by Henry Nogid and an implant by Elana, she just needed information so that her new dentist in Australia could tighten the loose implant, some insight on their method. She began calling over a month ago and left many messages, the receptionist kept saying she'd text the information because they do not have email. 6 days before the appointment I start calling and leaving messages figuring being in the USA may be easier.
