Visited in June 2020. Would not recommend Dr. Kaufman/Children's Dental Hospital. 1) They warned me that because of COVID-19 restrictions, my son would only get a "basic cleaning." I thought this meant no power tools; actually, this meant no tools, period. The hygienist literally just used a toothbrush and toothpaste. No scalpel, nothing. Don't go there! just WASTE your time. I had an appointment today and they refused to see my son because of the doctor has something emergency (should I believe it?). They should contact me before or right after I arrived the office if the doctor really has something emergency, and not after I filled up all demography, verify my insurance and signed consents..........................I will never ever go back again!!
I have never met such a horrible doctor. He spoke so rude. My daugher was very nervous, he did not even tried to speak to her. He thinks just to make money. I really dont recommend him. One more time he very unprofessionally attituded to me and my daugher.
