My recent experience with this optometrist was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Throughout the appointment, he aggressively pushed a specific lens brand that he clearly has a commercial deal with, rather than focusing on my actual needs. When I asked for my prescription, I was explicitly told that they refuse to hand it over so that patients are forced to buy their eyewear through them. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amir. He was incredibly thorough and paid close attention to every detail throughout the entire eye exam. I never felt rushed, and he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was comfortable with the plan moving forward. If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of administrative incompetence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for patient health at this clinic is alarming. I came here over six weeks ago specifically because another provider suspected I have keratoconus—a progressive eye condition that requires timely evaluation by a cornea specialist.
