If i can give 0 stars I would. I was recommended by a family member as he has worked with my family for years apparently... i waited almost a half an hour, then when I seen him he didn't ask about my skin type which was a huge red flag for me he didn't ask about the problems I was having and tried to give me random medication samples. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Eisenberg for about 8 years or so. We have continued to drive even further to keep seeing him as required, despite moving further away. He is an informed, concerned, polite and friendly gentleman. Always! All our issues have been handled with interest, respect and successful solutions. His staff and receptionist are all great, respectful and friendly. We have never had any difficulty contacting his receptionist to set up appointments. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Eisenberg. After waiting over 2.5 years for an appointment, I was seen for barely five minutes—just enough time to be dismissed and lectured about footwear rather than receiving any meaningful care. The waiting room was completely empty, which now makes sense in hindsight. Dr. Eisenberg refused to address my main concern: a painful corn on my foot.
