After waiting two months for an appointment, he provided me with a “diagnosis” for my condition after simply looking at me for a minute without any testing or investigation whatsoever. His behaviour was appalling - he was dismissive, rude, and extremely insensitive to what was a sensitive situation to speak about. He offered zero solutions and was terribly unhelpful. I would caution anyone who prioritizes bedside manner and professionalism in their healthcare professional to avoid this physician.
Dr Eisenberg performed excellent cosmetic work on my nose, neck, and chest. I am THRILLED with the results.
Dr. Eisenberg was cold, dismissive and barely looked at my moles. He implied I was a drain on the system for wanted to be proactive in having some concerning moles looked at. The office and shared business bathroom are filthy and uninviting. He couldn't get me out of there fast enough and made me feel like a fool for wanting to having a changing mole looked at (as someone with skin cancer in my family!). Excellent professional!
Went in because I was suffering from extreme hair loss. My interaction with Dr Eisenberg lasted all but 5 mins. He asked me mostly about my family. I told him my dad had a full head of hair where as my mom is really old and just now thinning. Didn’t do any testing at all. Didn’t ask me about my blood work or past testing, stress or if I sleep well or even my diet. Just diagnosed and said it’s genetics… and that I need to live in reality because there’s no going back.
