She has been a great pediatrician for both my boys going on 5 years now
Absolutely awful receptionist she made us wait while she took care of a client over the phone and then a client in person then looked at the time and told me I would need to reschedule because now I’m late. She continued to call my son the incorrect name and was very rude. Please find a place where they care for you and your children.
Very professional doctors, secretaries are super friendly and helpful. They helped obtain records etc from previous pediatrician. Dr.Nicole Capote was very helpful, understanding and listened to all our concerns. She gave helpful advice and recommendations. Wait time wasn't long at all. Easy to schedule with. Had Saturday appointments every other week, never open on Mondays.
