Dr. Kitces focuses on each patient as if they were a member of her family. Her competence is superb and she's always ready to explain everything so it's understandable. Staff is friendly and professional.

I came in for a mild condition of possible psoriasis and a body scan. I left the appointment with five (yes five) biopsies done three of which were completely out of reach and on my back. Bandages needed changing twice a day and I live on my own. I was not asked if this was something I was comfortable with or explained why they were removed. Visit was rushed and I left literally in tears. To top it off no one called with the results. I was told these in a hallway week later visit to office
