Amazing from the moment you walk in until you meet the Dr. I found myself a dentist.
I cannot begin to put into words what a phenomenal experience I have had with Dr. Plaza and his team. From the moment I went in last year for my initial consultation to my extraction and dental work day just last week, I have been treated with compassion and understanding from the entire team that is unparalleled. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I am forever grateful for the time everyone took to help me feel comfortable and for their genuine care for my physical and emotional well being. Thank you!
It's been a long journey to find a good dentist. Short version how i ended up here, I was told I needed a root canal by a Dr Shin a few years back. Thankfully he couldn't do it before I left for a snowboarding trip. So I saw a Dr Caissie to do it. Turns out. I never even needed one! I explained to him I'm never going back to my Dentist can he suggest one. He suggested Dr Efrain. And I'm so glad that he did. He, like Dr Caissie is someone you can trust. It was my first visit with Dr. Plaza and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Plaza explains treatment plan very carefully, including what he understands would be in order of importance to begin with. They provide a coded color copy of the plan which is very helpful for me as the patient. Technician whim performed cleaning was very thorough and delicate. Office staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!!
