He requested the full payment while service day. He also promised to file claim on behalf of us. But he never did claim and get not be reached after trying multiple times of call and email. He is a greedy guy. He gives me the feeling that it never my business of filing claim as long as I have received the full payment.
Dr. Lee doesn’t accept insurance and requires upfront payment before service. He promised to provide an insurance letter for us to file a claim but failed to do so after numerous emails and voice mails (btw he doesn’t take calls). Very disappointed.
