Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
Dr. Pan was the greatest medical provider I have met in my lifetime. He was entirely professional and knowledgeable. I had a high risk breech positioned baby and he cared for me and my unborn child making the pregnancy less stressful. He set my mind at ease, always explained the sonogram to the fullest and performed my c-section with the talent of a plastic surgeon. The hospital referred to him as "the best OB/GYN in the area" and they find him to be especially sensitive and caring towards his patients. I couldn't agree more... read more
I absolutely love Dr. Pan! He's the best gyn I've had, and I've been a patient of his for over 10 years. I have referred a few friends to his office. He has always made me feel comfortable and has always insisted on keeping me well informed on any decisions I have made in terms of my care and well being.
