Michelle (nurse practitioner) is great; however, the office staff is very unreliable. Make sure you either keep yourappointment card or take a picture of it for evidence just in case they mess up your appointment day/time as they will charge you. Happened to me twice....the first time i paid for the appointment thinking it was my mistake. But the second time it happened, I knew it was the office staffs mistake and ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card.
