I arrived at the office on. March 6 and I received a refreshing welcome from the front desk staff. The staff was friendly and professional from the front office to the back office. Then I was placed in a room by a young lady name Ava. She was in training, a super friendly charismatic young lady. Next we went to meet Dr. Christensen. At my new patient appointment I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, after about 20 minutes of sitting there doing the paperwork the assistant tells me as I’m turning the paperwork in, I’m sorry but we forgot to inform you that doctor Christensen will not be in today. At that point I was pissed, because my time was not valued and I made arrangements at work and home to make sure I could make the appointment. This place is a joke stay away!
Hard to get in touch with to make appt…I haven’t actually seen him in yrs., always seen by nurse practitioner, which is I guess it’s ok in some instances, but it does make me wonder where Dr Christenson is and whose running the practice. Good thing I have heart and pulmonary Drs!
