I was going in as a new patient. I was going to be a few minutes late so I called and the receptionist was rude. I was able to reschedule for later in the day. I wasn't feeling well and they checked me for covid. I tested positive and they made me leave saying the doctor will call me. He called and said he was gonna prescribe me medicine for covid. It was never called in and they're closed today. I should have just gone to Med 360.
Office manager husband Jason is rude. I don't know why he is there because he has no title. He threw papers at me demanding I do work against lab policy. He followed me into the lab and closed the lab door to my space with just him and I the only two present which made me felt very threaten while still raising his voice, pointing his finger in my face and stretching his dangerous eyes at me. I arrived at the office on. March 6 and I received a refreshing welcome from the front desk staff. The staff was friendly and professional from the front office to the back office. Then I was placed in a room by a young lady name Ava. She was in training, a super friendly charismatic young lady. Next we went to meet Dr. Christensen. Needless to say he was just as thoughtful as his staff. He took the time to show that he had an interest in caring for his patients. I was impressed with him and his staff. At my new patient appointment I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, after about 20 minutes of sitting there doing the paperwork the assistant tells me as I’m turning the paperwork in, I’m sorry but we forgot to inform you that doctor Christensen will not be in today. At that point I was pissed, because my time was not valued and I made arrangements at work and home to make sure I could make the appointment.
