Dr. Shin. is truly an expert in his field. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes patients feel at ease. I’ve also had good experiences with his office, who are flexible and willing to see me on shorter notices. Aaron is awesome, friendly, and communicative!
My appt with Dr. Shin this past Friday was great. I forgot to ask him for something for my pain. I ended up leaving 2 msg's for the on-call Dr, Dr. Han, on Friday & again on Saturday and he never called me back if, at least, to tell me he couldnt give me anything. Subsequently, I spent all weekend in severe pain. I've since left a msg for Dr. Shin this morning (Monday) and hoping he will call me back soon.
I appreciated the courtesy of the staff and the honesty of Dr. Shin.
Five stars are not enough! Dr Shin delivered stellar expertise replacing my injured hip. The staff was helpful beyond my expectations in their care, with a special shout out to Hannah for her irreplaceable extra care dealing with complex insurance issues.
