Staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, there are wait times, as to be expected in a medical practice. You never know if someone had anxiety etc. and needed a bit of extra attention…I do not understand bad review about waiting. I would rather wait to ensure someone is adequately cared for than to have rushed medical care. Appointment times are not respected. I have to wait on average two hours to be seen and treated. For procedures I have waited longer. If you value your time or require time off work, find a different provider. The doctor and staff are not bad, but it seems that they can get their schedule in order.
The doctor found out my husband did not have insurance and was paying out of pocket. As soon as he realized this, his entire demeanor changed. Even though he had given his entire medical history weeks before his appt., including where to request the MRI results he had gotten, it was never requested. The doctor treated him as though he was ignorant. He was condescending and insisted that he get a new MRI from a doctor that he referred. He wouldn’t treat him otherwise and said that is not the way the world works.
Dr Shadid is the only doctor I trust to do any pain management procedures. He is kind and professional, and has a top-notch staff to assist him during procedures. His office support personnel are friendly and professional, handling all insurance issues promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Dr Shadid!
