In my opinion, Dr. Urban does not have the knowledge or ability to diagnose ALS/MND. I am know a 31 year old male who saw him at the age of 28, and I suspected I had ALS/MND. He treated me as crazy and did not want to perform an EMG. I did eventually get diagnosed with ALS/MND up north by the best of the best. I am currently 31, and have end stage ALS, and will require invasive mechanical ventilation in the future.
