When I could not tolerate the prep for the procedure, I was told I needed to make a special appointment to discuss the prep procedure, and i had to pay the co-pay again. The information given to me could have been done on the phone. The day of the procedure, I expected conscious sedation, as was described to me. I was not concious for the procedure, and I don't know why there was a last minute change of plans. As a matter of fact, Dr Orris never really eaxplained what drugs would be used and what there side effects could be.... read more
