Recently visited Dr. Perez for an examination and treatment for actinic keratosis. The receptionist was friendly and the office tidy. Dr. Perez was cordial and professional. He treated and examined me. I am pleased with the service provided. A+

I wanted to share a concern about my recent care with Dr. Perez. At the beginning, he was extremely helpful. However, during my second visit, I felt he was no longer trying to help me. When I asked if I should see another doctor since my condition also involves psoriatic arthritis, he simply told me to go see one, without trying to further address my concerns or guide me.
