Listed as Accepting New Patients, But You’ll Never See Him I chose Dr. Edward Pearson as my primary care provider through my insurance based on his profile stating he accepted new patients. I even confirmed availability by phone. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was seen by a nurse practitioner instead — and told that Dr. Pearson does not see patients at that location. I’ve been with this doctor for three years and in the last year they have missed two appointments that they set rescheduled and missed again. They increase their rates they do not care about the customer as long as they get the phone call and $150 I would never send my worst enemy to this office.
