Dr. Kramer has been my dermatologist for over 20 years. Without exception, he has provided exceptional service. And, his staff has been efficient and very courteous.
Dr..Kramer is a nice guy, but his staff absolutely sucks. They make you (the patient) hunt them down and you're forced to make multiple follow-ups.
