Dr. Austin was the best doctor I ever had. Even in adulthood I looked him up and became his patient again after having him as my doctor in my childhood years. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I saw that he had a stroke some years back and is still working based on the previous review. Just a fyi Dr. Austin is a really good doctor, if the person in the last review had a bad experience with him it must be due to old age and illness because I am 39 and he was my doctor from newborn until about 8yrs old. Their fast with the patients and on-time with appointments.
Good people especially Rachel who is the nurse practitioner . De. Edwards is out sick at the moment
I observed him to be treating his unlucky staff with anger and contempt, almost purposely in front of a very busy waiting room, setting a very bad tone for the office as well as making the patient experience awkward. After witnessing this it was hard to entrust him with the care of my daughter.
