I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The wait is short, Dr. Kuo is very attentive and thoughtful. He's not in a hurry to leave.
