Triage nurse rude and on power trip. Very cold speaking.
I absolutely have nothing but respect for Doctor McManus. He helped me get better several years ago when I was hospitalized for pneumonia and the flu. I have continued to use him since and will continue. I can handle waiting a little bit when you have an appointment. It is more like if it was you and you had an issue that he took the time to explain rather than letting you guess how to handle it. He is very sweet and has always been there for me and so has his office staff. All of them have always been helpful. He is an awes... read more
Excellent Doctor! Dr Mcmanus is very caring, he listens, he's very knowledgeable! I wish he could be my primary! I wish every doctor was like him! His staff is also amazing! They pay attention and they know what's going on! I would give 10 stars if I could!
I have seen poor ratings for Dr McManus based on the wait time to see him. I have sometimes had to wait also, but most frequently under 30 minutes. As far as Dr McManus himself, he has always developed a treatment that has resolved my conditions. Although sometimes rushed, he has always been helpful.
Despite an appointment made four weeks ago, I waited two hours in the waiting room and another half hour in the examining room for three minutes with a doctor. No apologies....just other new patients taken before me. On top of that, the lab had closed and I couldn't have blood drawn. Run, don't walk, to another practice.
He may be a good doctor but the waiting time to see the doctor for less than 2 minutes is well over 2 1/2 hours. They double and triple bookmpatients for the same time slot.
We had a 9am appointment. We drove 30 minutes to get there, arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The doctor only walked into the building at 9:45am at which point we left. Clearly his time is more important than anyone else's.
Dr. Edward J. Mcmanus, MD has a 3.3 star rating with 29 reviews.
