Dr Adams is AMAZING!!! His staff will handle you like you are so unimportant, you are not needed there or honestly you are taking up their time,,,if you don't want your feeling hurt, or risk getting upset please leave them alone,,,to bad you have to talk to them first,,,

I understand the other reviews about the receptionist issue. I think they need an updated system for appointment scheduling like something In digital form that can be referenced faster then Flipping threw a book. It is non stop over there and they might be burned out best guess. But getting past the receptionist everything else is Top notch. I just spoke with the receptionist at this place and this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending- she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. I was trying to advocate for one of my clients and she would not listen or try to help in any way. So disappointing that a dental office (medical service) would treat patients this way. The doctor/dentist may be great but there was no way to learn that when the initial contact is extremely rude.
