Dr. Copeland is nice but really needs to learn how to schedule patients with appointments accordingly. We checked in at 8:16 am and was not even taken back until 12:32 pm. So over 4 hours of just waiting. This is for a very minor procedure. Actually a 5 minute procedure. I understand things happen and I expected to wait a while no problem of course but being here over 5 1/2 hours for a 5 minute procedure is absolutely ridiculous!.
