same thing happened to me! he went in to replace some of my old fillings and told me that the cavity was to close to the nerve and he would need to do a root canal. i had already paid him 88 dollars to do all 4 fillings but since he suggest a root canal he just put a temp as a filling in the one he opened and didnt do the others. he said the 88 would be credit for the root canal. i went to get a second opinion and the dentist told me that there is no reason to do it all i needed was a new FILLING! my tooth doesn't even hurt!... read more
