Dr. Icaza was so wonderful to my 92 yr old mom. He was very thorough in his explanations to my mom's questions about my mom's medical conditions and gave my mom permission to use him as the reason for family members to stop stressing my mom. He was so compassionate. We just loved his intellect and connection he made by caring for the whole patient. We just received our letter that he is no longer local. I'm leaving one star only because I can't leave a zero - or less than zero. I just had my first appointment with him, where I was yelled at, disrespected, cut off, and my husband had to step in before it got further out of hand, after he threw his clipboard down on the exam table. He has no respect for women, or probably anyone for that matter. He is the most arrogant, dismissive and callous person I have ever met, let alone someone who is supposedly a medical professional. Dr. Icaza has been wonderful everytime I have been to see him. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything. He is the best neurologist I have seen and I won't go to anyone else.
Dr. Icaza was very professional and the attention was very detailed. I would definitely recommend the facility.
Excellent service. His staff as well are very kind and very prompt I have visited his office twice and never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
Dr. Icaza's office staff was wonderful very good patient service and the waiting time excellent. He was very good at explaining and listening to my husband's needs. Will recommend them without hesitation!

Dr. Icaza rocks. He helped my migraines and I am doing so much better now. I can’t recommend him enough. He really is the best.
Dr. Icaza has been great for my parents. I am glad we were able to find a really great neurologist in NB. No more driving into SA for this appt and since I usually have to take time off work to go with my parents, this saves me a lot of time.
