Dr Chang performed micro vascular decompression for my Trigeminal Neuralgia. Look no further, this is the surgeon you want. He is a great surgeon with outstanding bedside manner (which is rare for a neurosurgeon). He was also very personable. And Genevieve Smith, his NP, is amazing. She was very fast and thorough answering my questions through MyChart. I traveled over 500 miles to have Dr Chang and his team do my surgery and it was well worth it. Dr Edward Chang is a fantastic, top notch neurosurgeon. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and recommends the best medical solution after studying the particular case. He is also extremely patient, explains all details and answers all questions properly. He is very empathetic and understands the emotional situation faced by family members of the brain tumor patients. It is rare to see a doctor like him, extremely thankful to him and his team for saving the life of a family member and wish him the very best!
