Dr. Sladek had worked on me and my family, i hope he never retires because people like him don't come around often. he is honest caring, smart and up-to-date with all the new medical treatment. he gives the care that you need not always what you want but what you need. true he may not give out narcotics to every one but not everyone needs them. not everyone needs surgery just P.T.. course of treatment is based on what ails you not what the social media says.
HORRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had fractured bones & was directed to see Sladek. 1st, Staff is not helpful at all. They charge $ to fill out forms. The exam room walls are cubicle walls. You can hear the exam next door. He walked into my room & had no clue why I was there. He looked @ my X-Ray after showing me another patent's medical data & told me to get a MRI. Didn't examine my leg. Wouldn't give me effective pain medication. He wanted to do surgery. Other doctors said I didn't need surgery.

We loved him, our 13 year old broke his Tibia and Fibula on the trampoline ,office was very busy and they got us right in, Dr.Sladek was wonderful, very kind, gentle, great STAFF too work with, I didnt see one staff member face booking or texting and I loved it!
While I found what little time I spent with Dr Sladek passable, the time I had to endure with Janet at the front desk was inexcusable. Surley and rude, Janet was inflexible and impatient when it came to appointments and rescheduling. She's not the person you want upfront or on the phone dealing with patients!
Dr. Sladek may be kind, but the office staff is absolutely atrocious. The receptionist, Janet, is a conceited and very rude person. Have a thick skin on when you speak with her on the phone.... and expect her to hang up on you. The office staff's rapport speaks volumes.
He and his staff were very considerate. I was put in for emergency appointment and scheduled for surgery ASAP.
