In the past 5 appt's i made to see Dr Capone >> (1) had to wait 3-4 wks to get appt, (2) sit in waiting rm for avg of 30-45 min past my appt time. (3) called into exam room, b/p taken, asked if any complaints & why the visit, then told the DR. will be in shortly....(4) waited in exam rm sometimes with door closed before i would open it on an avg of 15-25 min. Then the PA (Jeff Williams) would come in! I did not make appt for a PA! I want to see my reg PCP, that's what i made & Ins is paying for
The poor guy just seems overwhelmed. They should not have accepted any new patients for him! and he is not up on latest developments in medical field and lab testing, etc. Also, his office gave me the WRONG fax #, and so in two months, they STILL had not received any of my records. And they didn't tell me, when I called a day before my appt., to make sure everything was ready! I'm disappointed, they have 3 locations, 30 yrs exp., and many awards, good specialists, etc.
