Had a telehealth appt for my daughter, refused to speak to my daughter said it was too dark. Keep in mind we have had several telehealth appts in same home. Ignored everything I said, everything my mother said. Refused to listen when I corrected him and wouldn’t accept that he could be wrong. Kept saying the same thing over and over again. He gave me a history lesson (midway through??), and made me feel bad when I couldn’t answer his history question, because I said I liked history. I seriously wish I could give him zero stars. He lied about what our insurance would cover. And to top it off tried to give me lithium, I definitely don’t need lithium and that was expressed many tim... read more
If it were an option to give zero stars I would but I wanted to post this immediately while it was fresh in my mind and make sure that no one is treated like this again. I shutter to think what kind of damage this man has done already with his victim shaming, dismissive tone, constant interruptions- it is dehumanizing at best. I will make sure to do anything in my power to see that no one is subject to his brand of “care” again.
