A very professional, friendly and knowledgeable team. I had a possible retinal tear and was told by my optometrist that doctor Navajas and his team were the best in the lower mainland. My experience confirmed this. I was seen promptly by several technicians, followed by a resident in training from u b c and finally, doctor Navajas himself. I'm now seventy two years old and have never had such a thorough eye exam. Highly recommended!
I have been seeing Dr. Navajas since 2017 for AMD. I have attender both the Willow Eye Clinic and currently the office in West Vancouver. I greatly admire and appreciate Dr Navajas. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, and although shy, very caring.Especially at the West Van office, the staff is very thorough and time effective.
Dr Navajas is fantastic, a truly gifted specialist, however in his outer office there is a very awful young woman on staff who conducts some of the testing and is out of alignment with the ethos of Dr Navajas and we all feel she needs to be suspended and re educated until her behavior is totally inappropriate.thank you,
My mom had an appointment with Dr Navajas and I accompanied her. The doctor himself was OK, but there was a girl who examined my mom’s eyes right before the doctor did, not sure if she was a student/intern or an assistant (a very young Indian girl). She didn’t show any respect, she was very short, aggressive and impatient about the instructions, whenever my mom didn’t understand she would raise her voice. I’ve had a lot of eye issues in my life, and I have to say that Dr. Navajas is by far the most comforting and professional when it comes to taking the time to treat you like an individual. After examining me for what I was in there for he asked me if there was anything else that I wanted to know. This is a far cry from other eye doctors I’ve dealt with who just treat you like a number and get you out as quick as possible. I highly recommend this man.
