This was only a pre operative appt. But I was so pleased with how everything went that I needed to send in a review. Everyone knew their jobs and had all Information ready for the dr. prior to my meeting Dr. Navajas. I am from out of town and can honestly day that there was nothing stressful about the visit. It has been a year and I have had my eye surgery, absolutely no discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Navajas and his staff for your eye care. He is also highly regarded by my Ophthalmologist.
Grateful for Dr. Navajas and his entire team for their work. Came in from a referral about a retinal detachment. They booked me for surgery the next day. Stayed up until 4am to perform it AND came into the clinic to do a checkup hours later.
A very professional, friendly and knowledgeable team. I had a possible retinal tear and was told by my optometrist that doctor Navajas and his team were the best in the lower mainland. My experience confirmed this. I was seen promptly by several technicians, followed by a resident in training from u b c and finally, doctor Navajas himself. I'm now seventy two years old and have never had such a thorough eye exam. Highly recommended!
I have been seeing Dr. Navajas since 2017 for AMD. I have attender both the Willow Eye Clinic and currently the office in West Vancouver. I greatly admire and appreciate Dr Navajas. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, and although shy, very caring.Especially at the West Van office, the staff is very thorough and time effective.
Dr Navajas is fantastic, a truly gifted specialist, however in his outer office there is a very awful young woman on staff who conducts some of the testing and is out of alignment with the ethos of Dr Navajas and we all feel she needs to be suspended and re educated until her behavior is totally inappropriate.thank you,
