Today I had a bad experience with the front desk Elizabeth. I ALWAYS pressed #2 to talk with someone in Spanish, I need a referral to go my Brazilian Orthopedic Doctor and for some reason his office doesn't have the request from Doc.Hidalgo. I asked for help so many times and Elizabeth denied help me because she said she was busy and that there in the office doesn't have nobody speaking Spanish to help me. My husband and I have been patient of Dr. Hidalgo for years. He and his staff have always been helpful. As well as very friendly, professional, and courteous. We are very happy with the doctor and his staff.
I lasted here a few weeks. Wish I had known before making this office my PCP with Humana that they would not allow me to see in network providers that already had referrals from my previous doctor. One appointment I had waited months to be seen, the other in network providers were being replaced by doctors this office seemingly found in the phone book. All this was done by staff and the nurse practitioner. I'm not sure where Dr Hidalgo spends his time? It's not in that office. Good bye
My husband and I are very happy with Dr Hildago. He got my husband's levels stable.For me if I have a sinusninfection he will always call in a prescription. The staff is great and efficient
