Dr was very direct, knowledgeable and made feel comfortable
Excellent Doctor, very professional staff. Clean facility, I recommend this facility to anyone that is dealing with knee problems, or orthopedic issues. Thank you Cary Orthopedic for your great services on yesterday.
This practice is busy, but efficient. Process is orderly and I wasn’t kept wait too long. Have seen Dr. Armour on two occasions and I have confidence in his approach. My first visit required an injection and he made things quick and informed me of everything he was doing. That was followed by some PT. Returned this week for a follow up. Will need a little further treatment and he made a referral. Dr. Armour was pleasant and competent. Would recommend.
I want to separate this review into two parts, as my rating reflects my experience with the physician rather than the facility and support staff. **The Good (Staff & Facilities): 5/5** Every staff member I interacted with from check-in to triage/nursing and checkout was wonderful, friendly, and professional. The nurse who brought me back, took my vitals, and discussed the reason for my visit was great.
