I had a consultation with Dr. Flores November 5 and she was very professional and thorough , Knowledgeable And patiently articulated the details of my cancer,. I would give her 10 stars if this rating allowed. Dr. Flores had to confirm to me that I have an Aggressive cancerous mass in my pancreas. Her role as oncologist is challenging in that she is not a pediatrician able to celebrate happy news to patients like .. “it’s a boy or it’s a girl”. Dr. Flores is great, but someone in the facility dropped the ball with my iron infusion. I have never been sicker in my life. I developed anemia and have been asking for an iron infusion for over a week. I came in for labs and hydration hoping to have the iron at the same time. I was given the run around and I don't think they appreciate how ill I am. I may have to go to the hospital for treatment. Very disappointed.
