Not only worked w/Ed for years and have been a Pt for years also. I think his staff is by far exceptional to any other office staff in T town. There are a lot of people that cannot follow instruction or are so self absorbed, they'll leave poor feedback regardless of how they're treated.

I loved LOVED Dr Krasinzki. However it’s an IF (BIG IF) you are able to get past his nasty manager/scheduler. I had a referral for significant stomach issues. First she said she hadn’t received a referral. I called my drs office, they called her. Then I needed past hospital paperwork. I faxed that in. I called the office. She said they needed a few days to look over my paperwork. Fine. Days later I missed her call. I called back and the scheduler said they were a month out. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Krasinski, for Gastroenterology, however more so because he is also a DO(> I have had marvelous experiences working with DO's My Pulmonologist is DO and my Catologist is also DO. I felt so enthusiastic about finally having a Gastroenterologist, DO. I provided a referral and then I was turned away. I was denied even so much as an appointment to meet in person.
