In August 2023, Professor Ashish Gupta performed a shoulder joint replacement on my right shoulder. Before my operation, the use of my right arm was very painful and limited. Since my shoulder surgery has been very successful and I have regained the full use of my right arm again, I can now live a normal, happy life again. I completed a CT scan with contrast on 6/3/24. There was no follow up appointment made. I called on 6/13/24 and was told they had not received the report. Called Banner Imaging and had them fax the report to Dr. Gupta at which time I made a telephone appointment for 7/8/24 @ 3:50pm. They called early that day @ 12:45pm and I asked if they could call back in 10 minutes. They didn't call again that day.
