They helped me get an implant and it’s so much better than I thought it would be. They have put me at ease and taken great care of me since.
Very comfortable space and tremendously friendly staff. Definitely did not feel like I was walking into a normal dentist office/waiting room. They had a very homey feel and Shannon at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. I had many questions on my procedure and insurance coverage (as is was a new policy). The office is not transparent with their billing practice. I was told that a sedative was being given to me for free to calm my nerves for the procedure, so I took it even though from past experience with another dentist, I knew it didn't work for me. After all, I was told it was free. The tiny little sedative would have cost me $302 otherwise. After the procedure, I was asked to pay over $2,000.
