Watch out for this practices missed appointment policy. The "official" office policy states if you miss an appointment or cancel you owe 25.00. This is not my compliant. I will gladly pay for taking a spot. What they don't tell you is they can kick you out for missing an appointment. This is not written anywhere or told to you at any point. When we called for an explanation they claim we didn't pay for several missed appointment. I asked why I haven't received a bill. I have been a patient at All Women’s for about 2.5 years. I haven’t seen Dr. Aguayo but I have seen her NP, Beth. I have been in menopause for 8 years due to a hysterectomy at 34. Beth knew why I had the hysterectomy early and had me on Premarin. She never checked my bloodwork to ensure this would work well for me. I struggle with depression and anxiety; for the last 8 weeks I have felt off. We absolutely love Dr. Aguayo! She cares about her patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. She delivered my daughter back in March a month early and we could not have asked for a better dr. She was always concerned when I was having issues during my pregnancy and even before we got pregnant.
It amazes me how many people she has fooled. I've heard a lot of patients sing her praises, but she's real quick to say ugly things about her patients as soon as they leave. If they only knew how she talks about them when they leave, they wouldn't think she's so great. She treats her staff like crap. Very narcissistic and definitely thinks she's always right. She's real good at laying on that southern charm, but don't fall for it, she's actually just a snake in the grass.
So supportive of her patients and tries to accommodate their wishes.
Seems like a good doctor if you're pregnant or wanting to become pregnant. If not, I wouldn't recommend her. I personally didn't have good experiences.
I selected this physician from my healthcare provider website. Based on the physician reviews I secheduled an appointment. I was concern because I was initially experiencing some vaginal discomfort in which she stated she wanted to run a series of tests before making any medical recommendations. Dr.Aguayo proceeds to run up my insurance by scheduling a series of test only to not be heard from again. I made several followup calls in which she was never available nor responsed to my calls!
Absolutely wonderful doctor. She takes a genuine interest in the wellbeing of her patients. Her entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!!
