Dr. Macias was very welcoming, friendly, attentive, educated and knowledgeable. I was a little hesitant at first, being that I was so used to my previous dermatologist who I have known and seen for many the last 12 years. As my previous dermatologist retired this past year, I was lost on who I was going to see. Dr. Macias was highly recommended and decided to give him a try. I am glad I did. I would definitely recommend Dr. Macias to anyone who is looking for a great dermatologist!
Five stars from beginning to end! Took me in when a referral doctor didn't work out. Up to date, clean, spacious and courteous office. Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy the beautiful waiting room! Neither did I have to wait for the doctor. Everyone was friendly, but professional and I was made to be treated like they enjoyed getting to meet me. Definitely go back and recommend to others.
The only thing I can do is give this office a five star rating. The Macias's team were absolutely fabulous, treating me as if I were a friend not just a patient. I saw the P.A. Jason who was totally friendly, funny and thorough during the examination.
I have been going to a Dermatologist in Calabasas since 1980's and having moved to Central California 10 years ago have continued to go back as needed. My daughter in law referred me to this office and I have met two times with Dr Barry and enjoyed her expertise....I will now be using Macias Dermatology as my provider. Their facility is beautiful, high end and provides a great team of people. Made an appointment with a dermatologist covering for Dr. Tashjian in early October. I had a a 9:15am appt. I arrived 40 mins early to fill out the insurance paperwork. At 9:00 I was escorted into a doctors waiting room where I sat for 1 hr. At 10:00 I poked my head out to inquire what happened to the doctor. I was told by staff that he was running behind and it would be another 5 mins. At 10:10 he finally came in. He seemed to be in a hurry and only spent 5 minutes with me.
