I have a patient for over 20 years, I love my Doctor and his Staff. I’ve gotten the BEST TREATMENT THERE. He is very confident and knowledgeable in treating his patients. He is one of the friendliest doctors I ever been to.
DO. NOT. make this your doctor. Scripts are never, ever filled on time. When calling to fill a script you have to call their "refill" line multiple times, over and over, and practically beg for them to send it to your pharmacy. If your pharmacy has an issue or question for dr. bassig- good luck! You will be doing their job for them, for days, and become the middle man between the pharmacy and doctors office and have to make multiple phone calls repeatedly on their behalf, because they will refuse to call like they're suppose... read more
If this is your primary Dr, don't bother going through specialists (like your cardiologist for example) if you're having an issue because you'll get faster and more helpful everything here. I've been here for 20+ years and they're always faster to help. And very very very nice. Never once have I dealt with a rude person. If anyone has ever experienced this, chances are, you're to blame
