My eyes have had retinas detached, I had fears having eye operations, Dr Ed Roufail is a extremely experienced opthamologist and all my operations have been done by the Doctor in a extremely and caring professional manner ! Very highly recommended !! Dr Roufail also has a very efficient and communicative receptionist at East Melbourne. As well as his other clinics.
Dr Roufail conducted cataract surgery on both my eyes in August 2023. I decided to have mono or blended vision, so the lenses were made to my prescription with the left eye for distance and the right eye for reading, therefore I no longer require glasses and contact lenses, which I wore before surgery. I also had a vitrectomy performed on my right eye to remove a number of floaters. This was also successful with no floaters now.
