Very kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant office. Dr. Gerking took his time explaining different options and treatments for my situation. He explained the pros and cons of each option and I never felt rushed or judged for even a second. Sherry is a kind soul who runs the front desk, she is friendly and always gets back to me promptly. There’s a reason everyone in Newcastle recommends this office!
