No response when medication was on backorder, going through the same thing now. One time she went on vacation and no one was left to sign the Rx’s, so I was left without my meds. It’s despicable to treat patients so cavalier. I have used the patient portal, called the Rx line, left messages, talked to staff, all to no avail.
