Every single time I come to this office, I've waited more than 30 min!! Today, I'm still waiting-- 1 hour past our appt. Previously, I've had to leave and come back at a later time because the wait was significant beyond my appt time.This is UNACCEPTABLE. Today's our last visit!

Beautiful office, with interesting books and activities for kids while you wait. Dr. Thrower is kind and patient. My 6 yo daughter loves going to the dentist and Dr. Thrower is a huge part of that excitement.
On the first visit they will do the filming, cleaning, flossing, etc without asking the parents permissions. Even if you are there for one particular reason. Well, they might just say "we will do the cleaning now." "We will take the X-ray." Therefore, after you are done, they will show you an unacceptable price! This office was so empty when I was there. No wonder~
