The billing department and management are unprofessional. They first told me that my visit with the doctor would cost a certain amount, and then they sent me a bill about 6 times that price. When I notified them they claimed there was some issue getting the documents to the insurance company and they will fix it and let me know. The problem is they did not let me know, and after many times I tried to follow up with them, they ultimately did not respond back to me with a final answer.
