Referred to Dr Jacobs after hospital stay and he supposedly was evaluating me for Seizure/strokes. Took lots of labwork.which they filed wrong with insurance and we were told he would call us with plans found r inpatient tests, EEGS, MRI and Cat Scan. He never called back, we called 3x told they didn't know what the plans were, very rude staff, waited 3 weeks never received any answers ignored us. Said we'd have to go to Pensacola but he never sent referral, orders and have never been told lab results or plans found r treatm... read more
Dr. Jacobs was great! Very knowledgeable and explained all procedures as well as results.
I love Dr Jacob and his staff. Friendly Professional and he listens to me and my husband is a client as well
Just returned from my visit with Dr. Jacob. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk things over with me and didn’t act like he was hurried and needed to get to the next patient. Highly recommend him. His office staff were all so friendly and very caring.
