Because I complained about how long their ridiculous voicemail is before you can leave a message. I was told that my referral was sent back to my doctor and that they would no longer assist me lol cool. Maybe just pick up your phone instead? Like when somebody calls you at 7:30 in the morning when you’re open, you would like to imagine that you can pick up the phone anytime in the first two hours of the day but no.
Dr Ng is a wonderful doctor. He is so kind and compassionate. He helped me feel so much better with my fibromyalgia. The only complaint I have is with his office staff. They never pick up their phones. I played phone tag for almost 2 weeks then Christmas came and I'm still waiting for a reply. Very frustrating.
