Very friendly staff- receptionist and doctors. They always try to help as quick as possible.
Very unhelpful receptionist today with regards to an error with my repeat prescription which I needed in connecting to my Ocd. A lack of compassion for my situation and no apology from her for the situation I have now been left in due to the surgery's error. I require dermol hand wash due to my Ocd and have very little of this left now due to the incorrect prescription processed by the surgery.
